Fake Stephen Harper: Ottawa, Ontario, Canada; Hi, I'm the Prime Minister of Canada, not. The staff wanted me to spend hours every day managing my Facebook account to show how cool I am, but I told them to set it up themseves, and give it a high puff quotient.
